The spring cocktail menu is officially LIVE! Our amazing bartenders have been working hard to create a new menu that has something for everyone's liking. Every sip is a carefully crafted experience designed to capture the essence of the spring season. So, what are you waiting for? Sip into the new season and visit us tonight + this weekend to enjoy a refreshing cocktail with us!

Your 2025 Guide to Destination Grille's Fair Menu

Lobster corn dog – $20

Full North Atlantic lobster tail lightly fried on a stick and finished with lemon aioli drizzle, herbs and aged Parmigiano Reggiano

Steak Tip Gnocchi – $14

Gluten-free gnocchi tossed in a rich, house-made cheese blend, topped with seared steak tips and finished with shaved Parmesan

Butcher's Donut – $12

A savory, fried donut packed with bacon, ground beef, and Graziano sausage, dipped in house-made BBQ glaze, drizzled with queso — served over tortilla chips

Surf & Turf – $30

Pair our Steak Tip Gnocchi with a Lobster Corn Dog for the ultimate land-and-sea combo

Buckin' Berry Lemonade – $8

A bold blend of fresh lemonade, homemade cinnamon hibiscus simple syrup, and a wild mix of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries

You can find Destination Grille at the Iowa State Fair all 11 days, from August 7–17, 2025.
